ACS takes your process and your product and designs a machine that fits.

Typical operations used in custom machines are: pullers, conveyors, cut to length, pick and place, vision inspection, hydraulic or pneumatic lifts, adhesive and grease applicators, and multi-station indexing turntables, to name just a few.

Our designs are simple, effective and applicable for any kind of production, packaging, or testing system. The machines pictured on this page work with the following products: Foam Rubber Insulation Tubing, Decorative Plastic Lattice, RV Windows, Poppet Valves, 16" Wide Plated Metal Strip, Auto Door Seals, Square Metal Wire, Sewer Gaskets, and Shrink Wrapped Pallets.

Custom Modifications to Standard Designs

Custom machines are often adaptations to previous machine designs. These modified designs will typically involve either lighter or heavier duty, or the addition of a special operating feature like flange detection or foot pedal speed control.
