Heavy Duty Payout and Take-up Equipment is typically used when processing wide metal coils of 1,000 to 10,000 lbs. Coilmaster take-ups feature collapsible mandrel coil retention, programmable tension control, and an edge sensor/controller for precision alignment of your product. The standard design accommodates product widths up to 16", but as with all ACS products, custom designs are available. Some recent variations include a Non-Driven Vertical Payout with disc brake speed adjustment and a Heavy Duty Traverse Take-up. |
