ACS offers an extensive product line of secondary equipment
for stamping processes. Our models include indexing or side-by-side
reel orientation and the capability to wind on pancake reels,
traverse reels, or horizontal pallets. In addition to winders,
we also offer several models of payouts, accumulators, and pullers.
ACS specializes in developing machine operations and options
that fulfill your unique process requirements. Standard
options like paper interleaf, overwind and underwind operation,
and non-contact loop control are available with almost every
machine. We have also developed unique options for specific
customers; These options include vision inspection, collapsible
mandrels, cone reelers, and paper take-up spindles.
