Vision inspection systems are used to measure certain characteristics of a manufactured part. Typical characteristics include critical part dimensions, accuracy of a cut, or accuracy of a label application. ACS is a vision system integrator. We design the fixtures and automation necessary to present parts to the camera for inspection. We integrate the material handling system with the vision system programming to create a production-ready part tester.
We work with any brand of vision hardware and software. Our most recent experience has been with PPT, Omron, Cognex, and DVT. You can choose the vision inspection equipment and let us integrate it with a material handling system, or you can let us do the research and recommend the best vision equipment and material handling system for your application.
