• The full reel requirement is programmable as number of parts on the part strip, product length or final fill diameter.
   
• Three independently positioned spindles mounted to a central precision indexer. Each spindle traverses independently with programmable traversing rates, flange reversing position and optimization routines for near perfect package appearance.
   
• Quick release reel flanges, casters and floor brakes. Programmable operator interface with diagnostics and a system status light tower to alert the operator of current system conditions at a distance.
   
• System operation is automatically slaved to the customers process speed through a loop control dancer, sonic sensor or a proprietary part count method.

• Optional paper interleafing and paper layering systems are available for product separation. A dual spindle continuous feed pancake paper interleafing system includes an auto splice feature for uninterrupted paper coil transfers. The sheet feeder measures, cuts and feeds individual sheets between each layer on the traverse reels.
